I love the main characters in this book and I was glad that the He was not indifferent to the H and the chemistry that they shared. I liked the open dialogue about sex even though I felt the H was putting to much pressure on herself by trying to ignore her feelings albeit phydical to her. Loved the humor loved the sparing. Will read again and again. And I will recommend as one of great Harlequin reads.

This is my first book by Sarah Morgan. Having read reviews of her other works, I nabbed this book. I wasn't disappointed. It was pretty great. Once I opened the book, I found the tight writing and rich descriptions captivation. I couldn't put it down and once I was done, I thought about the characters. Yeah, it really stuck with me.

The plot is intriguing. This couple has a history. She loved him but walked away. He walks, talks, and acts the playboy part, but he's really still head over heels for her. I loved the repartee between them. He kept her on her toes and she confused him right back. They want each other, but the past has a nasty bite. Oh, and her sister is missing. Well, sort of. The lion's share of the story deals more with the passion between Alessio and Lindsay and rightfully so. Granted, he had an odd way of getting her into his life the second time around. She plays the part of his secretary (as her sister would've) and he lets sister keep her job.

Sounds simple, but it's far from simple. The devotion Lindsay has for her sister is sweet, but there were times I wanted her to grasp what she wanted from life and to let her sister make mistakes. Really, I wanted to see Lindsay take a tumble in the sheets with Alessio. Why? It didn't hurt he was sexy and, more than he would admit, in love with her. It's an understatement to say I wanted to see them get back together and make things work. There were times when I couldn't understand why he didn't seem to want to bend when she needed him, but it worked because he was alpha all the way. Then again, there were moments where I wanted her to have a tick more backbone. To stand up to him and tell him what she wanted. But, the bumbling and fumbling added to the story. Life isn't perfect and neither are Alessio or Lindsay.

If you want a tight little story that packs a punch and has quite a few little plot twists, then you need to read Capelli's Captive Virgin. I give this tale 4 books.

This is a great little story with a misleading title. The main characters have great chemistry and wonderful dialogue so who cares about the name of the book? I loved the way the author built the tension and I couldn't quite work out how she would resolve the standoff, but it worked out and I loved the ending. It's definitely a keeper for me.
This was a nice story and was an easy read. I didn't enjoy all of the stuff about her being a relationship counsellor, as I found it too distracting. If she were so firm on her stand then it wouldn't have taken 2 days for her to tumble into his bed. However I did enjoy the story and it is worth reading if you're in the mood for something like this.

The reason I didn't give it another star was that there were a few things left hanging in the story and they were worth tying up, in my opinion.
This was an enjoyable book. I found both of the characters interesting and the chemistry was real. I would recommend this book although there were a couple of snags for me. The first is that the hero really seemed to be too distrustful of women and their motives and I felt concern over whether that would hamper a happy life together. I also thought they needed more time together to make falling in love believable. While they had met before the book started, it was clear that it was only one evening. The book itself takes place over only about four or five days, which really isn't enough.
